You don’t have to apply for a Rise Up grant to benefit from our support. Our business and digital services are open to everyone in the community — no matter where you’re starting.

We’re not a legal firm or a tech agency — we’re entrepreneurs who’ve been through the process ourselves, and now we’re here to do the heavy lifting for you.

To stay true to our mission of removing financial barriers, our pricing is intentionally reduced — about 50% less than standard service rates in Johnston County.

Start-Up Support Services

Business Registration Assistance - $50

Register your business with the state smoothly and efficiently.

please note this price is for our services only and does not include the filing fee

EIN Assistance - $25

Apply for your Employer Identification Number (EIN) through the IRS, a required step for opening a business bank account and operating legally.

Google Business Profile Setup - $75

Claim and optimize your Google Business listing to help customers find and trust your business online.

Certification Assistance - $150 (per certification application) - COMING SOON! 

Support and handle the application process for key certifications such as SBA certifications, HUBZone, Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and others relevant to your business. These certifications can help your business access new opportunities and stand out.

Notary Services - $10 (flat fee)
We offer mobile and scheduled notary services to help you get business documents signed, sealed, and official. Upcharge for travel may be necessary.

Please note: Depending on the service requested, certain documents may be necessary to complete the process efficiently and in a timely manner. Your cooperation in providing required information and responding to requests will help us serve you best.

  • Once your full payment is made, we transfer 100% ownership of the website to you.

  • No hidden monthly hosting fees, no crazy contracts.

  • You pay a one-time, flat fee for your custom website build.

  • Ongoing monthly maintenance is optional, we’ll support you if you want us to, but it’s never required.
