2. Terms & Conditions

• Application Limit: You may apply once per grant cycle. If you are not selected, you may reapply in a future cycle. Previous grant recipients are not eligible to apply again.

• Application Fee: The $25 application fee is non-refundable and supports program overhead, including the review process. Paying the fee does not guarantee a grant.

• Grant Selection: Grant recipients are chosen at the discretion of a review panel and based on the strength, alignment, and completeness of each application. Rise Up reserves the right to modify or cancel a grant cycle at any time.

• Eligibility: Grants are intended for minority entrepreneurs, youth, or business owners operating in underserved or low-income areas. Eligibility criteria may vary by round and will be posted with each application cycle.

• Use of Materials: All materials on this website, including branding, images, and content, are the property of Rise Up and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• Site Use: You agree not to use this site or application process to transmit false information, spam, or engage in harmful conduct. We reserve the right to remove or disqualify applicants who violate these terms.
